Aisling Bea

Aisling bea, born in Kildare Ireland on 16 March 1984, is one of the wealthiest and most well-known comic. She was on QI, with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16 March 1984) is a comedian and actress from Ireland. Following appearances in bits on a number of Irish and British television shows since 2009 Bea started her stand-up comedian in 2011. Bea began performing often on sketch comedy and sitcoms from 2012. She began appearing regularly in panel shows following her win of an award at in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. She has been a part of 8 Out of 10 Cats since 2016, and she's one of the most popular contestants on the show's sister show 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. The actress is the child of Brian as well as Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her sister, was also born. In 2012, she became the second woman ever to win the So You Think You Are Funny award. Bea, her maiden name, is a tribute to her dad who died in the year 2000. Aisling O'Sullivan, also referred to as Cliodhnadh Aisling, was born at Kildare town in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian was an equine vet who committed suicide when she was just three. Bea didn't learn how her father died until after she turned thirteen. She adopted the stage name Bea to pay tribute to her father and wrote an article for The Guardian in 2017 about her family's experience of suicide. Bea was fostered by her younger sister Sinead with Helen Moloney. Helen is a secondary instructor, trainer of jockeys, as well as a former professional racer. Her family were horse and race meeting obsessed. In her youth Bea employed as an assistant tour guide at the Irish National Stud however she was aware from an early age that she was not attracted to the race industry as a career and instead loved performing.
